In July of 2006 New Orleans still has areas without “Electric” and there are very strange reports that area residents effected by the storm have not gotten all the assistance reported to the press.

The aid from FEMA,

Many have to re-qualify for Food Stamps

And other government housing grants

Which are NOW CANCELED

But……

The issue of help and the lie to Americans about all the money being sent in seems to be not in any measure to the promised assistance which was reported in the press.

The story began with $3,000 on debit cards and other assistance for housing, food etc but it seems that many are still without, and many can not provide any information of who they are, nor is there any records available for those involved to get grants to rebuild homes without having records from the county and or the recorder of deeds on property loss and true ownership.

Therefore this nightmare is and will be a major problem because of the fact government records reported do not exist for many.

I spoke to people with the area and to those who moved away.
